Help Us Write Them — This Is Your Campaign. Peninsula Promise #1 belongs to me - my commitment to never buckle under pressure and to only deliver what you wanted and I promised to deliver. Promises #2 through #10 belong to you. Over the coming weeks, I'll be holding community forums across Mornington, Mount Eliza, Mount Martha, Moorooduc, Tuerong and beyond. I'll be knocking on doors, running surveys, and sitting down with local community groups, businesses, health services and schools - listening to what matters most to the people who actually live here. From those conversations, we will together identify the 9 most important commitments for our electorate - the 9 things that, if funded and delivered, would genuinely change lives on this Peninsula. They might include things like:
🏠 Crisis housing and homelessness support
🚌 A real public transport solution
🏥 Guaranteed bulk billing GP access
👷 Local jobs and economic investment
🌊 Protection of our coastline and environment
🔑 Affordable housing for key workers
🧒 Education and opportunity for young people
🚔 Community safety
💰 A fair share of state government funding
